Return and Exchange

Returns Policy

Returns will be refunded after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition.

All returns must have a return label on the package with a RMA number. To process your return and receive an RMA number just send an email with the subject “Return and Exchange” and please write a note describing the problem. We cannot process your return or any return fees without a valid RMA number and thus they will be treated as a received recycled item. Once an RMA is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately. Domestic packages need to be received within 2 weeks of the date the RMA was created. International packages need to be received within 3 weeks of the date the RMA was created. You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund, this excludes bargain items. You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit. Items bought at 40% off or over are eligible only for exchanges, unless noted in the product description. No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange or store credit. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. A Separate box should be used to ship shoes/sneakers back with the original box inside. The Original box cannot be used as packaging for shipping. Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Tendencies® will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.There will be a IDR 15.000 processing fee for items returned without the RMA (Return Authorization) number.

 

Price Adjustment Policy

Tendencies® offers a one time price adjustment for orders which have been returned within 14 days of their purchase date. Please note that price adjustments cannot be made on warehouse sale items or final sale items.

 

Shoe Return Policy

We accept returns for shoes 14 days from the date of receipt only if there is a defect in the shoe, or if they are unworn. Shoes returned between the 14th - 30th days of receipt would be eligible for Store Credit only. Any shoe that has wear on it without a defect can NOT be returned. A refund will not be granted for items which are returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged and Tendencies® is not responsible for returning the shoes to you. This will be determined by the Tendencies® staff. All returns must come with the original shoe box.

DO NOT use the shoe box as the shipping box because they would be damaged in transit. Any returns without the original shoe box or with damage shoe box will not be accepted. Please contact customer service if you have any questions prior to processing a return.
